Catholic Mother’s Day in Nigeria is officially scheduled for Sunday, April 19th, due to a directive shifting it from the usual March date because of scheduling conflicts with Easter. This day honors mothers within the church, often celebrated specifically by the Catholic Women Organization (CWO).
